Performer Consent and Platform Compliance Policy

Camsparty is a live adult webcam platform that operates in full compliance with applicable laws governing adult content, performer consent, and digital media publication. This page documents the policies, verification procedures, and legal frameworks that govern all content published on camsparty.com.

This document is maintained as a public record of our compliance posture. It is updated when policies change and is referenced in all formal content dispute proceedings involving content hosted on this platform.

If you are a performer, a rights holder, or a legal representative with a concern about specific content on this platform, the contact procedure is documented in Section 7 of this page.

Age Verification and 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance

All performers who stream or upload content on Camsparty are required to complete a mandatory identity and age verification process before any content is made publicly accessible. This process is a prerequisite for account activation and cannot be bypassed.

The verification process requires:

  • Government-issued photographic identification confirming the performer is 18 years of age or older at the time of registration
  • A real-time verification step confirming the identity document belongs to the applicant
  • Acknowledgement and acceptance of the Performer Terms of Service, which includes explicit consent to stream and publish content on the platform

Camsparty maintains records of all performer age verification documentation in compliance with 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 (Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement). These records are maintained at the following designated records custodian address:

Adam Banks 1968 S. Coast Hwy #4023, Laguna Beach, CA 92651

Content Consent Framework

All content streamed or uploaded to Camsparty is performer-generated and consent-based. Before any content is published, each performer explicitly agrees to the following terms as part of the platform registration and onboarding process:

  • They are the sole creator and legal owner of the content they publish on the platform
  • They consent to the streaming, recording, and publication of their content on camsparty.com in accordance with the platform’s Terms of Service
  • They confirm they are not acting under duress, coercion, or any form of compulsion
  • They confirm no third party holds rights over their content that would prevent its publication
  • They understand and accept their right to remove their content from the platform at any time by submitting a removal request

This consent is documented, timestamped, and stored against the performer’s account record. The date of consent documentation predates any content publication associated with that performer account.

Prohibited Content and Enforcement

Camsparty enforces strict content policies that prohibit the following categories of content regardless of performer consent:

  • Any content involving individuals under the age of 18
  • Non-consensual content of any kind
  • Content that depicts or facilitates violence, coercion, or exploitation
  • Content that violates the privacy rights of any individual not participating as a verified performer on the platform
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties

Violations of these policies result in immediate content removal, account termination, and where legally required, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Camsparty respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright legislation in applicable jurisdictions.

Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII) Removal Policy

Camsparty has zero tolerance for the publication of non-consensual intimate images (NCII), also referred to in some jurisdictions as revenge pornography or image-based sexual abuse.

If you believe content appearing on camsparty.com depicts you without your consent, you have the right to request its immediate removal. You do not need to be a registered user of the platform to make this request.

To submit an NCII removal request, contact us at:

[email protected]

Your request should include:

  • A description of the content and the URL where it appears on camsparty.com
  • Confirmation that the content depicts you without your consent
  • Your contact information so we can confirm receipt and resolution

NCII removal requests are treated as the highest priority category of content removal. Camsparty commits to reviewing and actioning valid NCII removal requests within 24 hours.

We also participate in the StopNCII.org hash-matching programme, which allows victims to proactively prevent their images from being shared across participating platforms without having to identify specific URLs.

False and Fraudulent Complaints

Camsparty is aware that content removal complaint processes are sometimes misused by bad-faith actors - including competitors and third parties - to cause harm to legitimate platform operators through false or fabricated claims.

All incoming DMCA notices and NCII removal requests are reviewed against the performer verification and consent records on file. Where a notice is found to be materially false, filed in bad faith, or submitted without the legal standing required under the DMCA or equivalent legislation, Camsparty reserves the right to:

  • Reject the notice and restore any removed content
  • File a counter-notice with the relevant platform (including Google Search Console) citing the performer consent documentation on file
  • Pursue legal remedies available under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f), which provides for damages against parties who knowingly submit materially false DMCA notices
  • Report bad-faith filers to relevant authorities where fraudulent conduct is evident

This policy exists to protect both the platform and the legitimate performers who depend on it for their livelihoods.
